Combine all ingredients (chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic and spices into your food processor.
Process for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until creamy. Taste mixture and adjust quantities of water/tahini to achieve desired texture, add more salt if necessary.
Process for a further 30 seconds, then transfer to a bowl. Drizzle a little bit more olive oil on top – For luck.
Serve as a sandwich filler, party snack or as a source of plant-based protein with your week’s meal prep.
