Stir in the cumin, smoked paprika, oregano and basil, with tomato paste and a splash of water, stir into a paste adding salt/pepper and a splash of water, combine well and add in the vegan mince, once sizzling, leave to cook for 5-8 minutes, gently stirring, add a tsp of sugar to complement the flavours in the mix. Once cooked through, turn off the heat and set aside.
