It’s a well known fact that a well-planned vegan diet is healthier than the average one. The health benefits of which carrying through even until old age.

Here are some young-looking vegans over 30, and no, not all of them look under 30 but you get the gist.  

Annette Larkins

Annette Larkins is a 30-year long raw vegan, aged 80, not looking a day over 35. She was initially a vegetarian for 54 years, then perfected her raw lifestyle. 

A quote of her’s was “the key to physical youthfulness and vitality is a raw vegan diet”.

Jim Morris has been vegan for 22 years, still looking young at age 76. Another example of a vegan athlete that aged with grace.

Lewis Hamilton has been vegan for 5 years, and you may be surprised to know he’s 37, despite him looking only 20 something…

Rooney Mara is also 37, but looking like a young adult still. She’s claimed to have been vegan for a decade now.

The Baywatch star, Pamela Anderson, has been a long-time vegan for 30 years. At 55, she could easily pass for early thirties.

Leona Lewis is 37 and has been a vegan for over 10 years now. She has even opened her own animal sanctuary and hasn’t aged in the slightest.

Ruby Rose is 36 but you’d never guess it with her youthful appearance. She’s been a vegan since 2013, so that’s about 9 years now.

Game of thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel, is also a vegan as of 8 years ago. Which makes sense since at 33, she doesn’t look a moment over 25.
